How Councilswaptogo operates

Free if your landlord is a partner
Landlords can subscribe to Councilswaptogo giving their tenants completely free access to the system. If your landlord subscribes to Councilswaptogo you can choose them at point of registration and they will approve your application.

Pay Directly
You can pay directly to access the system using our secure payment processor "STRIPE" with a debit/credit card and this gives you complete access to the system. Subscriptions are on a recurring basis and our pricing plans are follows:

  • 6 Months - £8.99
  • 12 Months - £15.99

All sales are final
Councilswaptogo services are instantly available once payment has been made and therefore we have a strict no refund policy. If you choose If there is a problem or if you experience any difficulty in accessing the service please contact us.

If you pay by credit or debit card your membership will continue until you choose to end it. At the end of your initial paid membership period your credit/debit card will be charged again to renew your membership for a period equal to your initial membership period, either 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.

Please note: If you want your membership to end, it is your responsibility to unsubscribe before the next period begins; if you do not you will be charged for another period and refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.

Cancelation requests should be sent to or you can delete your property from within your Councilswaptogo Account pages and the subscription will be cancelled.
